  • If the product you are sending is not repairable or if it is no longer worthwhile, I would like:

  • Only products with a completed service-order can be processed. Otherwise we have to charge a processing fee of 35,-€ for the expenses incurred.
  • If it turns out that the submitted product is working correctly the return shipping cost will be charged
